Preparing Your Audition
Musician Prep
Guitar, Drums, Keys, Bass
Play "Unstoppable God" by Elevation Worship and "What A Beautiful Name" by Hillsong Worship.
Vocalist Prep
Male Vocalist
Sing lead vocal on "Unstoppable God" by Elevation Worship and background vocal on "What A Beautiful Name" by Hillsong Worship.
Sing a verse and chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.
Female Vocalist
Sing lead vocal on "What A Beautiful Name" by Hillsong Worship and background vocal on "Unstoppable God" by Elevation Worship.
Sing a verse and chorus of a song of your choice a cappella.
Optional
Submit any videos of your live performances. Please send these links as well.
Creating Your Video
Download
Download the Audition Resources via Dropbox and follow the instructions for your instrument using the “Video Auditions How To” document.
Upload
Upload your video via YouTube. Under privacy settings, select "Unlisted" and title with "Your Name - KC Oahu Worship Team Audition."
Submit
Submit your audition by filling out the Worship Audition Form. Include the YouTube link to your video on the form.
Pay great attention to detail in each song. Feel free to use other resources, such as YouTube tutorials, to learn your parts. You can contact us with questions at creative@kcoahu.com.
***Due to the number of submissions, we will only contact you if you are selected to continue in the audition process. If you are asked to further audition, you will be notified through email within two weeks of your submission.***
